Can I bring my own food? |
|
You are
more than welcome to bring in your own cake or we
can arrange to get the cake through Linda's All
Occasion Cakes, if you would like. No other outside
food or beverage is allowed. Drinks and ice cream
cups for the kids are included in the party price,
and if you would like pizza, chicken nuggets, and
many other food items, we can provide those at an
additional price. Please refer to our EXTRAS for the
prices and selection. |

How many guests can I invite? |
|
Please
refer to our party guides for this information. For
our Jump Only Parties click here, for our Jump And
Stuff Parties click here. Adults and infants (under
the age of 2) are free, and are not included in this
number, unless they are building a buddy in our Bear
Factory. |

|
What if I have more than 25 children for my
party? |
|
Additional children can be added to the party, for
an additional cost of $10 per child for the jump
parties. |
|
|
|
Are tips for the party attendants expected? |
|
Gratuity
is not included in the party package price. Because
the party attendants are serving you, tips are
appreciated, but are not mandatory. At Jump 2 It we
train our party attendants to take care of your
needs and strive to exceed your expectations. If you
ever find that your party services are
unsatisfactory in any way, please inform the manager
immediately. |

Can I bring my own decorations? |
|
You are
welcome to bring you own decorations (as well as
plates and table toppers), as long as you avoid the
following items: silly string, confetti, pinatas,
and anything that must be taped or tacked to the
wall. These items delay the party room being ready
for the next birthday, and are not allowed. |

Do you have balloons? |
|
Yes, we
do (latex only, no mylar). They can either be
ordered before your party date, or when you arrive.
You may also bring your own balloons if you would
like. We can also use our helium to blow up your
balloons at a charge of $0.50 each. |

|
I would like to celebrate my child's birthday party
at Jump 2 It, but do not want a party package. Can
we bring our presents and cake in and just have some
jump time and a small party in your open seating
area? |

No,
unfortunately we do not allow this. While we do have
a public seating area, it is for all of our guests,
and is not intended for parties. If you would like
to celebrate your party here, we would love to
schedule you a date and time to do so. If it is your
child's birthday, and you would like to bring
everyone here to jump before you have cake and
presents elsewhere, we would love to have you do
that also (during our open jump times), but sorry,
we do not allow any cakes, gifts, or any other party
related items in the facility unless there you have
a party scheduled. |

Deposits and Reservations |
|
A $50
deposit is required to place your
reservation. Deposits are refundable up to 30 days
before your party. You are also welcome to
reschedule up to 7 days before your party, providing
we have the date and time requested available. No
changes may be made to the party date within the 7
day period without loss of the deposit. Any party
that is not cancelled within 5 days of the party
date will be charged for the full amount of the
party, since we are no longer able to rebook that
time slot. |
